Team Mercedes Benz p/b Thrivent Financial races Spring Breakout #2 by Bob's Bicycles, April 15, 2017

The second spring road race of the season took place in the Spring Breakout Series, Presented by Bob's bicycles. They are doing a fine job of putting these on. The route was out at Cloverdale and Poen again. the Mens Pro 1/2 was 66 miles long. Very cold, started at 29 degrees, but no wind and no rain. finished on a cool, almost warm run about noon, after the 9 am start. In the 1/2 after some josling at the first lap, Josh took command and went out solo, staying there until the end of the third lap. I dont know yet what transpired in the 4th lap, but at the end Jeremy came in 1st by 11 seconds. Rob S and Kai finished second and third. Brandon 6, Josh, 11, Tad 14, Todd 15. Robb F had some technical difficulties. The team still showed its prowess and the training is paying off on the local races.
There are also pics of the Men's 3 race which was taking place on the course just a few minutes after the 1/2's started. There are a few pics of the men's 4/5 as they were out for two laps and we stopped and grabbed shots of this group. Hoping you like the photos from this day.
