Mike Mercy Memorial 2017 Idaho State Championship Indiv Time Trial, June 17, 2017

The sanctioned race was held in Mountain Home Idaho this year. the course was on Old US highway 30 and the Men's Pro 1/2 race was a 40k distance. In the wind and heat made for one heck of a ride for the racers. Team Mercedes Benz p/b Thrivent Financial took the top four positions. The final finish was Josh, Kai, Allan from Team UpCycle, then Jeremy. It was a hard individual race against the clock and the racers held tight given the conditions out there in a 26 miles race against yourself. Robb Floth finished first in his Masters race also. It might sound redundant, but not intended to, when I say how proud we are of all the racers. Thanks to Bob's Bicycles for putting on this race and to the officials running it. (I have to remember to move up the road perhaps to the turn around spot and avoid the background at the start/finsih line.)
