UCI Elite Men- Chrono Kristen Armstrong, UCI Time Trial, July 12, 2019
The Chrono Kristen Armstrong UCI Time Trial this year was held outside Glenn's Ferry on the Old Oregon Trail road. Jeremy Ward and Kai Applequist of Team Mercedes Benz P/B Insiduous Designs and also sponsored by Lyle Pearson Mercedes and George's Cycles were the two local riders in the Time Trial. Temps were HOT, well over 100 degrees. It was a hard course and challenging. Kai finished 12th, Jer finished 21st, but they FINISHED. Proud of both young men and proud of the team. the overall Winner was Serghei TVETCOV, with a fantastic ride.

Three-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Kristin Armstrong, is set to host the second annual Chrono Kristin Armstrong (UCI 1.2 event) on July 12th as part of a three-day weekend celebrating cycling in her hometown of Boise, Idaho. The only professional event of this caliber in the United States in 2019 will be open to UCI Elite women and men. The women and men will compete for equal prize money. July 13th will be the Boise twilight Criterium and July 14th the Hincapie Gran Fondo.
